Yesterday I ask about adjusting the governor. I was pleasantly surprised by the responses I got and I was able to make the adjustment. Thanks to the members who responded.
I then attempted to start the engine and I have no spark. Are these two connected in some way?
If not what will I look at to retrieve the spark?

Would like to know which way the oil seal goes in on lower crankshaft, put the rubber in first and the little spring pops out,
