317 no turn over problem

I used this tractor yesterday, it ran just fine.

I decided to change the oil. Then noticed some corrosion on the Battery cable ends. so I cleaned those. But when tightening the battery post clamps, my wrench accidently
touched a metal part and it sparked. Since then I have no starter turn over. I can hear the magnetic clutch click, lights work, but no starter action at all.

Could anyone steer me to the Problem? Could it be the 'Circuit breaker', beside where the main red battery cable goes?

Possibly cause could be blown fuse. But I suspect that either the clutch, pto, or some other safety switch is acting up.

Thanks! After checking battery for voltage, taking it all apart and looking for a fuse, it turned out to be a bad Battery. Unbelievable to me.
Because, I'd had just turned it off from mowing, before changing the oil, and cleaning the battery cable clamps. The battery had the voltage, but no Amperage.
This happened to me one time several years back on a pickup. I may invest in a battery Tester.
Thanks again.
