25HP/724cc Briggs & Stratton Endurance Commercial V-Twin Engine has me stumped

I have a Husqvarna MZ54S with 25HP/724cc Briggs & Stratton Endurance Commercial V-Twin Engine. It doesn’t matter if I’m driving it down the road or mowing grass, all of the sudden it seems that it’s been throttled back half way.
The air filter is new, plugs look good and clean, fuel line is not clogged, filter is not clogged, choke is open all the way. It will do it whether I have been mowing 2 hrs, 10 minutes out just driving it. I let it sit a few minutes and then it runs fine again. It starts easy even when it’s stuck in half throttle mode. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Fuel tank with trash inside. Dump and flush out the tank. Blow out both ways with compressed air. Fresh E-0 fuel when done cleaning.

IF above doesn't turn up anything, see if it is running on both cylinders when it pulls down. Remove spark plug wires one at a time to see if running on both.
