245 implememt lift kit

I'm currently trying to install the implement lift kit on my john deere 245. The problem im having is the lift tensioner spring arm is directly infront of the square hole that i need to put the shoulder bolt in. Does that arm move or how am i supposed to get that bolt in? Thanks in advance.
