21 Cub Cadet Pro Z 960 S KW Air ride seat

My cub cadet comes with a air ride seat with a tilt back. The problem is it only tilts forward. It is controlled by a round knob on the left side of the seat where the back of the seat meets the bottom of the seat. With it turned to the furthest back position the seat is straight up when you turn it to the upright position the seat is tilted so far forward you can't sit in it. Which makes the tilt back seat worthless. I have asked my dealer about it and still haven't heard back from them. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem?

See pages 10 & 11 in your Operators Manual for complete instructions on seat adjustments.
I believe for your Safety seat should be in upright position at all times including mowing. How is the lumbar support?

Yes I saw that in the manual and took it all apart but none of that has any adjustments for how far the seat tilts back. There is only one way to put it on.Or I am missing something. Thanks for the reply
