2017 or 2018 Hustler Raptor w/ 22 HP Kohler losing power

In March I put new carb., two new coils, 2 new plugs, new filters and it ran fine for a few mowings. Now it it will run fine at about 3/4 throttle but if you push it full over it will start sputtering. Any ideals of problem?

Fuel tank full of grass and bugs.

Delaminating fuel hoses internally.

Dirty cooling fins and block causing over heating.

Choke sticking closed or linkage all jacked up causing a rich condition.

Water in the fuel.

Losing power normally is a dirty air filter or valves out of spec. Couple be several things. Hard starting as in taking more cranks than normal.
