Hello. I just need to confirm something. Is this the correct deck belt for a 2016 Troy-Bilt 42" mower?

Also, can somebody point me towards the correct size drive belt?

Correct belt. Actually the current superceded belt is 954-04060C. MTD products don't play nice with substitute belts. Needs to be OEM or OEM equivalent
