Just got this mower and I'm looking to see if prev owner put the belt on wrong because it doesn't make very nice sounds when I let off the brake. You can see in the pictures the diagram on the tractor doesn't show the correct way instead says possible other config :/ Just looking to see if anyone notices anything funny or if its on right/wrong. same model for me and my belt is routed same way. Mine made a bad screeching noise when I let off the brake and it was the first pulley going bad.I couldn't get it off so I took the rubber bearing guide and used a needle point on the end of my grease gun and pumped in several shots of grease. Solved my problem at least for now.
