Repairs 2012 Scotts Self propelled walk behind? Made by John Deere?

Does anyone remember scotts walk behinds from 2012 were they made by John Deere? I have a Scotts with 6.5 Briggs, with no id sticker! Needing the self propel control on the handle! Thanks for any help!
