2008 Z930a Park Brake not holding

Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on helping me with the Park Brake on my mower. I have adjusted as per the john deere manual and it has not effect on the braking ability of the mower. Seems like to me the brakes are worn out? If so how big of a job is it to change the brakes on one of these units and any help or pics on how to do this would be great. Thanks.

I hate sending people away from here to get answers but John Deere sales a service manual that is the best in the business. For the electronic form, it should be around $30. It is worth every penny.

You don't need buy a book to replace the brake pads, just take off the old ones and replace with the new. many answers you will find free over the internet.
