I used the mower on 5 acres, drove it to the barn, turned it off and it will not start back up! Usually when I turn the key on, it beeps until it starts, now it only chirps once and will not crank. I have replaced the battery, the ground strap, fuses, replaced
all 10 of the relays. None of this has changed a thing. Any Ideas on what is defeating the beeping?
I would get a copy of the service manuals, engine and mower.
Also all the used parts you pulled I would keep. Seems as the new stuff doesn't fix it or doesn't work at all. Did you test all the new parts prior to installing them? Battery needs to be load tested at an auto parts store.

I did purchase and load test the new battery. I've learned my lesson on batteries. I kept all the off parts, the new relays are "condition lighted" so hopefully they are all good. My plan today is to check all frame and engine grounding, clean, remove paint and tighten all points.
