2005 Cub Cadet with Kohler Command 26 engine

I have a 2005 Cub Cadet LT1050 with Kohler Command 26 motor. Engine starts and runs full choke but when I reduce choke the engine stops. Will start back up with full choke. I think it is the carburetor but I am not sure. Thanks for any help you can give me.

If the fuel flow to the carb is good then I would clean the carb.
