2002 JD LT160 bagger latch

hey guys, i bought an 02 JD LT160 mower last weekend and the ONLY missing/broken part on the mower is the latch for the bagger top to hold it down tight over the bags. ive checked about every website i can for part numbers and the JD online parts store doesnt show the right side of the bagger top to show the latch so i just started google searching like crazy. i can NOT find a part number on the bagger assy so that doesnt help any either. Anyway, heres a pic of the broken/missing part, and i THINK i may have found the correct latch, ill attach a pic and link to that as well.
