went up north and picked up a Lawn Boy M series non self propelled pre mix model in great running condition with mulch plate and bag but had to make the trip worthwhile so I picked up two duraforce models in the same area a silver 10323 and a gold series non aelf propelled will post pics when I clean them up sold off two v force models this week only have 5 left

It sounds like you have had great luck finding LBs. I haven't found one I want to buy in over a year but I've been having lots of fun mowing with my collection for the last few weeks.

the v force models are okay just not what anybody want I guess. pre mix is the gas and oil combination but you knew that

The older V Series engines sure were noisy unrefined beasts. But they had some serious grunt to them! I had an older 10201 with the 4.5hp V Series engine. Sounded like it was gonna rattle apart while mowing, but that thing would chew through any grass, weeds, or small saplings I threw at it! Too bad the connecting rod snapped. Locked the engine up tight and ruined the bore.
The V-series engines appear to be more cheaply made, particularly in the design of the under-deck muffler, but they DO work well, and last a long time and cut grass like a demon.
