1999'ish Craftsman w/15.5 Kohler Engine RPM problem

[The Push mower]

When the engine is cold the throttle controls the engine RPM as normal, but when warmed-up the engine appears to be full throttle and will not idle down with the throttle lever.

 

[ILENGINE]

Heat related air intake leak. Need to check gaskets between the carb, and the engine head.

Thanks...tightened two carb nuts and she is good to go now...other than the pecking engine.
