Rustoleum shows Ace Hardware as a dealer, but the store close to me only has Ford Red.Probably looking for the YardMan Green MTD PN 788-0665A
If I got the right IPL the hood is Troybilt Red 788-0638 and links are YardMan Yellow 788-0674 which is NLA
Kinda an odd color combination.
But note nothing going to exact match it was once painted due paint aging on the equipment.
I was more concerned with getting it together before the next snowfall and it needs an end bushing for the auger, too. Then, the rear brakes on my van decided to go yesterday, so I now have more to do than before, when I already had too much on my plate. Also, money is short and I need to buy more brake parts. There was only 7 reds back in 2010.

Yes the Rustoleum is less costly but the MTD paint is a better match up and since I only use it touch ups after welding goes a long way. Costs about 3x the Rustoleum.
Mine lost the flex plate as I was driving to work and I made the mistake of shutting off the engine because it was 20°F and I would be waiting 45 minutes for the flatbed and without the flex plate, it can't be started.Just be thankful it wasn't the transmission.
I was just going along my merry way when my transmission decided to self destruct. At first I thought I could rebuild it but once I got it out and apart it was going going more than a rebuilt from the auto parts house. Basically the only thing that wasn't damage was the housing.
