I can't figure why the front reels won't turn the middle reel spins operates normally and works as it should. All three reels move up and down as they should but reels don't spin on the front. It's full on hydraulic fluid it has more than enough motor to power the unit and I just can't figure it out. Any ideas would be appreciated.
