I recently started restoring my 67' 110 with an 8 hp kohler motor... When I took the valves out the parts got all jumbled together and now I can't remember which spring goes with which valve... One of the springs is longer than the other... I'm thinking the shorter one is for the intake valve? Also one of the valves had that little bearing looking retainer to keep it in place.. N e ideas which valve that goes with as well... Thanx

If you would post the model numbers it would help us know which kohler engine you have.

Sounds like the k181 motor. Go online at Kohler and view under k181s. And use serial # off motor for the one u need. I will look up web page and try to put link on here. Have same John Deere tractor 110 from 1966.
