This helped me. Thank you. By the way, I was recently recommended a tool https://pdfguru.com/forms/ds-160-form that lets you fill out various forms online for submitting reports. It turns out this tool is also great for working with PDF manuals, since it includes a lot of editing features. I tried adding notes to manuals, and I have to say it was pretty easy.
