13 HP Honda

I have a 13hp Honda pressure washer. It cranks first pull but it will only run on full choke. It runs great but only on full choke.

Time to remove and clean the carb, you have a jet that is plugged up. If the price of a new carb isn't too high, may be easier to just replace. Some of the Honda carbs cost less than the needle valve that goes in it.
