Need some advice with this Cub SC500 z

Need to replace the drive belt on it, However, i don't see a way to get the new belt on, with the guards around the trans pulley....i could probably loosen the pulley and slip it on that way but i'd rather not.. I did some reading on another forum and the guy said he loosened 2 screws that held the belt guards in place, but i'm not seeing anything like that on this one. Slightly stumped.
Any of y'all have experience with this one?

Seems like i always find the solution after i come here for help, LOL.
had to look a little further down for those screws.
On another note, i will need to replace, at least, the float needle, If one of you gents could help me locate a part number if possible,
the carb # is

951-05531​

and it's a "Cub cadet" 5X65MU engine.
