I can't seem to get it to start , it will sit there and turn one or maybe two times. About a month ago it was running fine then it started smoking out of the muffler. So I drained the gas and cleaned the carberatour and placed it together again. It was hard to start but I got it running again. After 30 minutes it started smoking again... pretty sure it was a white smoke but can't be 100%. I've then have tried cleaning the carburetor again and cleaning out the gas tank since it looked like something was in it. Still nothing.
I've tried leaving the air filter off and a placed a little gas in the carberator but I couldn't get that to start either. I did verify the spark plug was sparking and I'll include a video of that. I'm also including images of the mower if that helps.
Thank you, I have looked at the before, but I'm either doing something wrong or that doesn't apply. I have clean the carburetor at least 5 times not, I've replaced the spark plug twice. I've clean the gas tank out since there was some grime in there
The lastest thing I tried to just get it started is pour a little gas into the carberatour and it just backfired through the carburetor. Is their anything else it could be?
HI thanks for those I've been going over those. I'm pretty sure I've narrowed it down to a stuck valve, which makes since because I think there was stale gas in the gas tank. Is there an easy way to verify that they are seated right, or do you just reseat them. I took a video if it helps
If anything in that video jumps out please let me know... I did miss that link to the pdf from before so I am going over that.
