11.5 briggs no kill

starts right up, will not kill when i turn the key
no other wires go to the coil apart from the plug wire
i found a red wire and a black wire that go under the flywheel, red wire lights up with key off and the goes off when key is turned on
assuming yellow wire is kill wire and it turns into the black wire from plug in
what am i missing here?

The wires coming from under the flywheel are charge stator wires, do no modify these wires. The ignition coil usually has a single black wire coming from the harness mater connector that goes to a small pin on the coil.

Someone may have removed the kill wire.
