10Hp Briggs, snapper riding mower

Mower won't start, fresh gasoline, plenty of oil in crankcase, spark at plug, fuel flow to
Carb is good, plenty of battery power! Damn thing still won't start.... New air filter too.
HELP.

Post year, model & serial numbers as well as engine manufacturer and all numbers from engine, example: B&S engine model xxxxxx, type xxxx, trim xx.
You may need to adjust your valves. With both hands on top of engine screen rotate engine clockwise just past hard spot and try cranking with key.
