New belt and cable, on a mdl# 917.288051 42" deck engage issues are like the cable isn't long enough to engage blade, blade mandrel pulleys spinning when disengaged. Engage pulley that cable attached to banging back and forth while not engaged. Belt sent BT302 engage cable is532175067. Thks all.
