Hi, Gifted this Blower, really dirty, cleaned it bought a new Carb... Replaced Fuel lines,Sparkplug, and tried to crank and nothing... Checked Muffler, checked spark, checked compression (120 PSI) pulled Flywheel, key is good, Coil was rusted... Tested Coil with Vom and numbers run up...

third new clutch after about on hour of use, coil overheats, melts, and is toast. no rubbing, not voltage problems, this is on a older gravley and the clutch is straight wired to the battery. volts vary from about 12- 13.5 HELP

Hello All Echo PB-403T Back Pack Blower no spark issue Now has a new (aftermarket) coil, I've changed the plug and the flywheel magnets appear solid. Still no fire. Two bad coils, ORIG OEM and aftermarket product? I welcome any good words Ken

Lost fire and need specs to check out the coil? Cant find them in a manual or on the internet?

1989 L21ZPN with the handle lever / bar actuated flywheel brake and coil ground wire combination assembly. Does the wire from the switch tab to the coil tab need to be grounded to run or grounded to stop the engine? I also have a 1979 8237 and I am pretty sure the off / on switch on the shroud...
