Have had this mower for a while. Engine slowed down to engage PTO. Engine at full throttle, runs like a charm. Blades turn great till grass is about 2 inches high and blades and PTO shaft slows down. Deck belt replaced first of summer, no belt slipping. Engine does not slow down. This mower...
