Yea I put these on two of my tractors (Roper rt10 & Sears st10) and honestly couldn't tell a difference. One has a snow blade hanging on the front and the other a snowblower. Even when nothing was on wasn't impressed. If anything the weight will probably destroy the bearings over time..either...

My take on mowing wet grass..Dont. Takes so much power and it always looks like $hit . Everyone thinks they "have to" mow that wet stuff. You'd be better off waiting a day or two ,letting it dry off and even if it grows more and get better results.. Its easier to mow 6" dry grass than it is to...

You could look into one of these... Trac Seats Seat Suspension Kit Might be your cheapest and easiest to install. Have one myself on a tractor and rides good. It will add about 2 3/4" in height though.

Can't agree more. I was sarcastically speaking a out Grasshopper. Not sure of the exact model the op has but somethings got to be looked into. 38hrs and leaving it sit around is ridiculous.

Got to be a really really bad design on Grasshoppers part then. Other than a diesel engine on it there aren't too many options for a higher HP gasser. Even so would another 5-8 horses make a difference of it were gas ?

Hard to believe that one horsepower made a difference . I dont know whats going on but something is not right and it ain't the HP.

Even with leaves I go over them multiple times to get chopped up good. Regardless of type of blades you use..

Just try different heights and see what works best for your particular mower. I do the same as you with leaves only I use Gator G6 blades... Helps a great deal for my Woods (Grasshopper).

Seems to me I too used the "hunter green" to touch up a Craftsman blower of the same color and wasn't a good match. And no you can't go by the cap color on the spray cans. There are places out there that will do custom colors mixed in a spray can but you'll be looking at 20-35 bucks a...

Does it have a fuel shut off solenoid.? If so wondering if that could be acting up for you.. Not sure if they fail open or closed though..
