    How to adjust valves

    I have a craftsman riding mower with a Briggs & Stratton engine model number 42E707 type 2631 E1. The engine won't turn over with the plugs in but it turns over freely with the plugs out. I think the valves need to be adjusted, but I don't know how to access them. Any ideas?
