My neighbor cuts his REALLY short and, with no bag, there's hardly any clumps left behind. I ran the mower this season for the first time the other day (grass was by no means super tall) with a brand new blade(s) and it still left clumps.

Is that to mean 'one inch from the top of the grass?'

My 5-6 year old HRX217VLA isn't mulching the greatest. I have it set to fill mulch but it's leaving some grass clumps behind. I sharpened the blades a few years ago but they're probably in need of replacement now. Would a new set of blades fix this clumping issue?

Leak is coming from behind and under air filter housing.

I bumped the head of my Stihl FS-45 trimmer and now I think the shaft might be bent. I didn't bump it hard at all but apparently it was enough to cause the head to not spin very fast at all, a burning smell, and the bend of the shaft is very hot when I try to give it gas. Is my shaft bent?

I've noticed with my Honda HRX217VLA mower that if I leave the fuel valve open, it'll drip gas out of the fuel filter. Is this normal? In that, if it's open then the machine needs to be on? Or do I have a problem here? It doesn't do it when the valve is closed. Picture attached shows where the...

I pulled and pulled and pulled at least 30 times but could not get this trimmer started. I did all the necessary stuff (prime, crank in off position a few times, flip switch up, crank again) but it WOULD not start. Any suggestions?
