    Green wire - Simplicity Coronet

    Simplicity Coronet 16hp Hydro won't start not even a "click". Upon inspection I noticed a green wire that wasn't connected to anything at the base of the engine. I do not see any obvious connection point. Some of the wires go up into the engine block? Is this the issue?
