I have a '96 Snapper RER model 331314BE with B&S vertical shaft engine. Hard starting & when it does, runs rough with slight misfire. I think flywheel key may be sheared & want to pull flywheel to check it. Problem is there is a cast lower housing to the pull start that appears to be pressed...
