I can't get spark through the plug, hook up test light to plug wire and it blinks okay. When I put the plug in the plug wire it doesn't spark, is it supposed to? Thanks for any info. This is on my Murray mower.

Just purchased a 10323 Lawnboy 2 cycle from my neighbor, he just had a new carburator installed. It runs greatbut two slow. Can I speed it up some way? I have a 4 cycle and it runs a perfect speed. I like to mow a a faster speed. Thanks
