    I can’t take it back because it was purchased with no return ( clearance) . But I ran it with new gas for 5 hours. Could it be something called the Governor that is causing the engine to surge?

    NEW Craftsman T3200 RPM runs uneven

    I have a brand new Craftsman T3200 with the Kohler engine. It goes up and down in RPM. Is it supposed to do that? I only have 6 hours on it and I can't imagine it is a clogged fuel filter or air-filter. What could it be?
