    scag conversion

    We bought a used (270 hrs) 36" belt driven Scag walk behind. We have an older Scag that is "tired". We want to take the hydros off the old machine and convert the newer Scag to a hydro driven machine. It doesnt seem difficult BUT nothing is as it seems. any thoughts???
