Thanks guys....if the supplier sent the right gasket wouldn't be having problem.....Think the rtv may be partially obstructing the oil galley.....Not easy finding the information you need on the Kawasaki motors....worse case senerio pull oil sump off clean mating surfaces and put on the gasket...

Thanks guys....1st rebuild on the Kawasaki......the prefix is FH580V-AS16 I pulled valve covers and normally there is an accumulation of noil in the bottom that will drain out....The center case gasket I ordered they sent exhaust gaskets.....got tired of waiting so used high temp RTV...
