    Yes it did, it will crank over the same with plug wires attached without the choke on. I have a fully charged battery & installed a new starter also. I'm baffled by this.

    I added two other ground cables from the engine to the battery.Voltage does not drop below 10 VDC when cranking at the battery or starter, I seen another Thread that you should check for a bad ground by putting the negative cable to ground & positive cable to the starter housing from your meter...

    Cheetah cranks over slow

    I tried cleaning all terminals, pulled plugs out, spins a little faster without plug in, It seems to want to stop on the compression stroke every time it comes to that point and then tries again. Is there a compression release on the cam?
