Stuck throttle...engine runs wide open 23hp kawas
My Scag throttle is running wide open.... I have cleaned the carburator twice. First time it was running rough so I cleaned the carburator again and this time it runs wide open. New plugs, new gas lines, new air filter' new gas filter HELP! I'm out of ideas!!! Please....- RMR
