Cub Cadet RZT-L 42" PTO Cuts out intermittently.

So, my new Cub RZT-L works fine for maybe 15 minutes, and then the PTO kicks off. I can push the switch down and back on and mow again, until about 30 minutes in. After that, it has to be parked, as if something is getting hot and needs to cool down. I changed the PTO switch and hunted for a...

JD LA130 road blocks - Just clicks when trying to start. And how the heck do you get those air cleaner cover screws out.

Wow, Thanks StarTech. Appreciate the schematic. I grabbed the knobs for the screws with vice grips and pulled and turned at the same time and they came out. Now to the testing....

And now I do not even get a click. Cleaned all the solenoid and hot terminals and connections too.

JD LA130 road blocks - Just clicks when trying to start. And how the heck do you get those air cleaner cover screws out.

So the mower was parked after the last cutting session and the next try, "Click" no crank. It sounds like it is from the starter gear area. Hand on solenoid I feel nothing. I turned the flywheel over by hand and there was no change. So...I tried to take the engine cover off and when it came to...

Gravely ZT 2348 XL left Hydro barely moves after pushing.

StarTech, good advice. When I tried to move under power the notch for the brakes was not engaged at first but then dropped on. The throw lever was disengaged as the cotter pin disappeared. Hooked that back up and I'm mowing, Wee Haa. So glad it was not the Hydro. Thanks a bunch.

Gravely ZT 2348 XL left Hydro barely moves after pushing.

I have an older Gravely ZT 2348 XL zero turn and only the right side wheel will go. I had released the hydros to push the machine and afterwards closed the release bolts down, backed them off a quarter turn. Start her up, and at first I could go forward but then the left handle got really stiff...

I appreciate the encouragement and I have to re-learn things sometime in my old age. Appreciate all the help too.

Kohler Courage 23 Valve adjustment. No lock nut? How do you adjust these?

Time to throw myself under the bus. There is indeed a torx set screw inside the long nut. I only looked at one end after I took the rocker assembly off. There is no sense in being stupid if I don't show it, how would anyone know? (Dad quote)

Kohler Courage 23 Valve adjustment. No lock nut? How do you adjust these?

Thanks, Rivets and VegetiveSteam. There is only one elongated nut but I'll be checking both out.

Kohler Courage 23 Valve adjustment. No lock nut? How do you adjust these?

So I have no need to adjust these until I started get the hard to crank issue. Knowing this is likely the valve adjustment, I got in there and there is no lock/jam nut. How do you adjust these and then not have it back itself off?

Cub Cadet Z-wing (tank) left handle stuck in the middle

I think the brake rod adjustment is the answer. The right side clears the steering arm slot with the brake released but not the left side. I'll be working that out tomorrow. Really appreciate the link too.

Cub Cadet Z-wing (tank) left handle stuck in the middle

Sooo.... I have an older Cub Z-Wing, which is the Tank with a deck that folds up on the sides. I had released the Hydros to push it and then this season I went to mow the right side lever moves forward and back, but the left is stuck in the middle. I noticed there is slot on the arm mounts that...
