    Black hawk, control arms are hard to move. How can I loosen them up. If I take my hands off the mower just keeps on going.

    It turned out that the pivot pin bushing was way too tight. Backed the nut off 1/2 to 3/4 turns and you can steer it with just a finger.

    Control arms are to tight.
