Have you checked the 20A fuse from the solenoid to the key switch as well?. Maybe your started switch got wet, dry it up with some compressor air...

more likely your top jet it's plugged or you have water on in the gas or your gas it's old mixed with new gas... I need to see what kind of carburetor you have and what kind of machine is it from...
