OK, I finally got her back together. The deck worked like new so as far as I know, no issues there. But now when I find the engine under load it wants to die. If I am mowing 5-5 inch gress its fine but when im mowing tall grass or even when I back up the engine bogs down. Any ideas?

Update: I noticed that the drive shaft pully was lower than the idler pully, if you look at the picture the belt will rub on the idler pully bracket. Im not sure what is going on here. I took the driver pully apart and everything looks the way it should per the parts catalog and the same with...

Everywhere i look I find that this takes a 122" V-Belt. Yet putting this thing on is almost impossible. The belt is routed per the owners manual. There is zero play in the idler pully. I had to use a 3' cheater bar to get it on. IS this normal?
