    only thing I can figure is lobe or gear rotated on shaft. Based on pictures would anyone agree? Or could it be something I'm missing?

    the 2nd and 3rd photos is after turning crank by hand. maybe 1/4 to 1/2 turn. Was curious if the plastic lobes or gear have been known to rotate on the metal shaft. Couldnt move any of them by hand. Stab in the dark !

    CONFUSED: This motor is for my pressure washer. I just changed the timing gear, but now when i turn it over by hand notice one of the cam lobes is hitting the crankshaft. Marks are aligned.
