    Update, the frame was cracked and things werent lined up. Had someone fix the frame and back in action.

    Paul, thanks for the info, I will check this stuff out. I am not sure if it is hydrostatic. The gear is on the back right wheel, and has a forward, neutral, and reverse. It is not on the floor by your foot.

    Hi, I'm familiar with the freewheel control lever, and it has been engaged/disengaged, but it doesn't matter, it will not move when put into gear. I'm not sure what to do next. Any ideas?
