I purchased a used JD JX75 self propelled lawn mower with a Kawasaki FJ180V engine. Upon start up the mower revs wide open. I have set the governor per Kawasaki service manual, checked carb linkage for binding etc. Nothing seems to work. Could the internal governor gear be creating this...
