I can't figure out which engine this is and need to order a unique shoulder bolt for it. it's on a 6.5HP Troy-Bilt chipper shredder. Decal says Intek I/C Cast iron Sleeve. Rocker cover is stamped 121312 0145 E1 on one line and 030806 FE on another. Thanks, Al T Spokane, WA
