I'll reply to my own post. I found the same tank on the U.S.Plastics website. So there is hope for people with the Quick 36 and needing a tank.

I'm looking for a fuel tank for my Quick 36 with the Briggs engine circa 2004. My mower is still going strong, but the plastic tank has developed some pin holes. TIA
