So I think the problem is the stop cable stretched and was not engaging enough. When I pushed it in with my foot it started on the first pull. So I’ll see if that works again tomorrow.

So I put two new gaskets on it and pull it a few times and it starts. The next day I try it again and it wont start. Tighten things up again and it starts. let it warm up and Change the oil try it again and it won’t start. I’m having a great time. But I’m going to keep trying till I figure this...

I think the problem is going to be the primer. The gasket that sits behind the air cleaner plate is missing.
