    honda engine boggs down when engaging the blades just loses power

    I have a stc52a 24hn and its not running worth a hoot. I am thinking bad gas, carb dirty, govenor, ??? can anyone give some help. I live in a remote area and taking it in for repaIR IS NOT EASY
