After changing the clutch cable on my Honda HHR 2168VYA, I have no self-propel operation. When pushing the propel handles, it acts as though the pin slips and wont engage the handle. Ive checked the cable and it does move, although it seems like a lot of tension from the spring. Any suggestions...
